Villa Gioia is a 16 th century Lucchese villa, recently renovated to a very high level of beauty and comfort. The property is set amongst 300 acres of vineyards, olive trees and woods. The estate produces both wine and olive oil. Although the setting feels rural, Villa Gioia is conveniently located just four kms from Lucca and within walking distance of a small village. A tennis club and a small golf course can be found nearby.   • 1 bathroom for guests and 1 for staff

  • 2 rooms with king sized beds, en suite bathrooms (one with shower over tub, one with shower)

FIRST FLOOR:

  • Large music salon with original 19th century "fortepiano".

  • 1 suite: queen sized bed, frescoed salon with sofa, round dining table, sat TV, en suite bathroom with 3 sinks, shower, corner jacuzzi

  • 2 double rooms: king sized double beds, en suite bathrooms each with a shower and one also has a separate tub

  • 1 twin room, en suite bathroom with shower

SECOND FLOOR:

  • 1 suite: 2 queen sized beds plus a sofa that opens to a queen, en suite bathroom with shower and separate tub

  • 2 double bedrooms: queen bedded rooms, each with en suite bathrooms (1 shower, 1 tub)

  • 1 twin bedroom with sofa that opens to a queen and semi en suite bathroom with tub (bedroom 7)

  • 1 optional twin bedded room that can share the bathroom across the hall with bedroom 7855

  • Large room with TV, home cinema, pool table and gym facilities
