Villa Panoramica is a beautiful farmhouse dating back to the 11th century. It has been restored with great style and provides pretty holiday accommodation for up to 10 guests. Villa Panoramica is set in a private country estate of 32 hectares, laid out as vineyards and olive groves. The villa is located west of Lucca up in the hills so has panoramic views over Lucca and the surrounding countryside This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been renovated using traditional materials and has been furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is set in a large garden with private pool

  Ground floor: The ground floor is exceptionally spacious and opens onto the front f the house. There is and entrance hall and living room with open fireplace, a large dining room and a country style kitchen. The villa is furnished with many antique or original pieces. There is a TV with LCD satellite TV and a small study with ADSL internet.

  First Floor: On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with top quality fittings. All the rooms have south facing views and have hand made iron beds by local craftsmen. All the bedrooms are also fitted with air con.  

  The house has two outdoor patios where you can rest and relax while admiring the fabulous views. There are also two pergolas one of which is off the dining room and the other is off the kitchen for dining "al fresco". One is covered with original vines. One patio has a large stone table to seat 10 guests and a built in BBQ and a marble sink. The pool (14 x 7mts) is located at a short distance and to the rear of the villa form where there are panoramic views towards Lucca and the surrounding countryside.

  Linen is changed weekly
