Villa Santo Stefano is a superb luxury villa, close to Lucca. It is
located on a large estate where the owners have a family villa. The
estate has a winery and also produces olive oil. It is in one of the
prettiest areas of Lucca. It is North East of Lucca and is an area where
there are many important farm estates and fabulous villas.
The villa has recently been restored by the owners and has been
furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. The villa has
its own private entrance and is just a short distance to the pretty
village of Pieve Santo Stefano with its historic church.
There is a fabulous 360 degree panorama from the property. To one side
you can see the hills and on the other you are looking down over Lucca,
which is lit up at night. Villa Santo Stefano has a large pool and outdoor
furniture for dining "al fresco". There is a path to the rear of the
property, which runs along the perimeter of the garden giving fantastic
views of the hills and a lake.
Villa Santo Stefano has 4 luxurious bedrooms and 1 additional room in
another nearby building within the estate (ideal for baby sitter/nanny
etc). The bathrooms are very spacious and have large
showers or tubs. The "red" bedroom has a super large shower and a heated
hydromassage bathtub. Prestigious Tuscan terracotta has been used for
the floors and there are original beamed ceilings. The lounge area is
very spacious and opens onto the garden and pool through several large
glass doors. The living room has a Bang & Olufsen satellite TV and there
is internet connection throughout the villa. The linen is of very high
quality.
To the rear of the Villa Santo Stefano there is a "limonaia", which has also been
restored to provide a dining space for lunch or dinner and has a large
dining table and a kitchen and bathroom.
